Celebrating our Independence
One of the greatest concerns seniors have as they age is retaining their independence. That's why we allow our residents to remain living as independently as possible, while receiving the services they need to continue leading a purposeful life.
Welcome to Magnolia Healthcare, Inc.
Magnolia Healthcare, Inc. is a not-for-profit company. Our facilities combine a spacious homelike environment with skilled nursing care and specialists in the rehabilitation therapies that help older adults maintain or regain function.
Nursing care at multiple acuity levels are provided to meet residents' medical needs and enhance their daily living capabilities. The professional staff of each center has special expertise, compassion and enthusiasm for the care of older adults, working under the supervision of the center's medical director.
Private or semi-private rooms can be decorated with personal belongings to make residents feel at home. Each facility is dually licensed for Medicare and Medicaid.
Today skilled nursing facilities do more than care for long term residents. We also help people recover from surgery, injury or serious illness. Our team of professionals understands the importance of creating a warm, comfortable place for all residents, whether here for short term treatment or long term care.
Going beyond the traditional role of a “nursing home”, we deliver care to a diverse population of residents. Long- and short-term programs are specifically designed for each resident to help them achieve their goals and maximize independence. We provide services for stroke/orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical care, IV therapy, pain management, complex wound care, complex multi-system management, respite stays, and more. Contact one of our personal care representatives today to discuss your care needs.
We employ full time Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to serve as an extension to each resident’s physician and assist with close monitoring. We also employ a Registered Dietician, Social Service Worker, and Activity Professionals to work in addressing all resident needs—both physical and emotional.
