With the arrival of summer, we look forward to BBQs, family reunions and other social events. Socializing isn't simply a pleasant way to spend one's time. Numerous studies have shown that socialization improves brain health. People who are socially active have a slower rate of memory decline and half the rate of memory loss as those who remain isolated.
